Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges:

If you receive an item that you are unhappy with, contact us at Amber@kylilyboutique.com within 7 days of receiving the item, to request an exchange. The item must be in new, unused condition (not having been worn or washed), and must be in the original packaging, with original tags attached.

Buyer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges incurred. 

 

Refunds:

You may return most new items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping.

If you would like to request a refund, contact us at Amber@kylilyboutique.com within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will provide details on how to return the item. The item must be in new, unused condition (not having been worn or washed), and must be in the original packaging, with original tags attached. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in original/new condition, a refund will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to show in your account. 

 

We inspect our items thoroughly when we receive them from our suppliers, but we are human, so If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us at Amber@kylilyboutique.com within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be in new, unused condition (not having been worn or washed), and must be in the original packaging, with original tags attached. We will issue a return authorization and provide details on how to return the item for an exchange or refund. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Jewelry, accessories (including scarves and handbags), and BLOWOUT items or items marked 'FINAL SALE' are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange, unless received damaged or defective.
